SASSO CHICKEN(Selection Avicole de la Sarthe et du SudQuest) -raising the popular French breed along with Kaber and native chickens on the range feeding the natural way without the use of commercial feeds to produce organic food. Initially, the target is to produce nutritious table egg then get into selling chicks, live chicken and meat. Hatching is done both by the mother hen and incubator.
