RESTAURANT – an eating place, clean, presentable and cozy, where health conscious people can savor the taste and flavor of organic foods at very very reasonable prices because they are produced by the farm.  It will use plants and herbs found only in Mindoro for flavoring. It will also serve exotic foods and beverages.

CARBONIZED RICE HULL – manually convert tones of rice husk just dump everywhere into carbonized rice hull for fertilizer. The Philippines is already exporting carbonized rice hull to Japan and Korea. There is an undergoing negotiation for export to Singapore. Carbonized rice hulls are in demand for top of the building gardening in crowded cities.

VIRGIN COCONUT OIL – the farm is willing and ready to join the planned backyard production of the miracle oil being planned by the two solons of Or. Mindoro, Reps. Rodolfo G. Valencia (RGV) of the First District and Alfonso “PA” Umali of the 2^nd District. The farm has its own production of coconuts.

FRUIT JUICE - The farms has grown a number of guava, guyabano, kamias, mango, balimbing and citrus to make different juices though in small quantity. It is also doing research on native plants growing only in the island, like the kiniam and the ausep.

TISSUE CULTURE - We are now in the process of research and building a labratory for tissue culture
