PIGGERY :

        Tworivers is a member of LIMCOMA Cooprative for hog feeds subsidy. Current piggery operation is 80 hog fatterners and six breeders. We need additional investors to buy more piglets and expand the fattening operation.

An attractive rate of return will be given to the investor, based on his percentage share of the total capital.

SMALL RUMINANTS

Currently developing a 2- hectare land for small ruminants. We invite investors to buy starting native female stocks to be crossed with hybrid boer.

 PALAY BUYING AND RICE TRADING : 

       Tworivers will buy from rice farmers their harvests and store them in a kamalig for a period of time. Say, after a month or two, or whenever there is good demand for rice , the stock will be milled and sold. The profit, after deducting labor cost, milling, handling and transporting, will be split on a 50-50 sharing. The investor can earn more if also acts as agent or broker in the sale of rice in forms of commission agreed upon.

CATTLE FATTENING :

      The scheme is similar to palay buying and rice trading. Using your investment, Tworivers will buy undersized or malnourished cattle from small farmers within the province. We will then quarantine and force-feed them in the corral to improve its weight and growth. After achieving the desired size, weight, and fat, we will sell them to interested buyers and split the profit 50-50.

OTHERS :

      For expansion and/or completion of existing piggery, tilapia and carbonized rice hull projects. Also for the construction of the restaurant.

      Tworivers will also accept donations and contributions for the printing shop which we will convert into a foundation. Tworivers invites good-natured Mindorenos to join and help the farm in its (foundation) organization and serve as members of the board of directors.
