POULTY FARM -TwoRivers Realty Integrated Farm, Inc. (TRRIFI) is tied up with San Miguel Foods Corporation (SMFC) as a poultry contract grower for its Magnolia chicken brand. The poultry house is a 400 sq. m construction, located at the Sigue Family 14-hectare land, at Brgy. Antonino, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.

Poultry house construction started in December 2003. First loading was 4,000 chicks  in March 2004. After four successful  harvests, the load was increased to 6,000 late December of 2004. Harvest was 34-40 days. Now, harvest is being done as early ast 32 days.. The first year of operation proved successful earning a very attractive annual rate of return from its initial investment.

 September 2005, TRRIFI was again approved for another building with 6,300 capacity or for a total of 12,600. A very significant feat in one year of operations. First loading of Building B is scheduled first week of November.
